I am pleased to report that WHWHK launched a new 18-month program with Hong Kong Family Welfare Society (HKFWS) in Dec 2021 to educate, support and empower women and children who are suffering from domestic violence amidst the pandemic.  During the 5th wave of Covid-19 in Hong Kong, e-messages on anti-violence was sent to the targeted families living in Kwun Tong and nearby districts who are most affected...

Hong Kong has been hit by the Covid-19 fifth wave recently. Students have an early summer holiday in March. In view of the current situation, WHWHK launched a new 3-month English language program specifically designed for children in grades P.1 – P.2.

Authorities attributed the increase to societal changes brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, with a weaker economy creating more stress in local households. The social distancing could lead more domestic violence as victims remain trapped at home with their abusers, warning that the pandemic would have a "catastrophic impact" on women and children...

WHWHK has set up a new program with Caritas Hong Kong called "Women Helping Women in support of Single Mothers"...

This project aims to develop a “network of peace” in 2 special districts which have the highest rates of incidences of domestic violence- Kwun Tong and Kwai Tsing...

The Parenting Empowerment project aims to empower women particularly with disadvantaged background to be effective parents...
